• Deposits are required to secure bookings and are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Refunds for cancellations made after the specified deadline or for unused services during the trip are at the discretion of FareLess Travels and are subject to any applicable penalties or fees imposed by suppliers.

4. Travel Documents:

• It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations, are valid and obtained before travel.
• FareLess Travels will not be liable for any expenses, loss, or inconvenience incurred due to failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

6. Changes and Amendments:

• Fareless Travels reserves the right to make changes to bookings, itineraries, prices, and travel arrangements at any time.
• In the event of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a refund, if applicable.

7. Liability:

• FareLess Travels acts as an intermediary between you and suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of these suppliers or any other third party.

8. Force Majeure:

• FareLess Travels will not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, and government restrictions.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maryland, USA and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland, USA.
